2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded on the website lomena.fr concerning the products offered by LOMENA, including beauty and care devices such as hairbrushes and straighteners.
3. Product Characteristics
The products sold are described as accurately as possible on their respective product pages. Photographs on the website are not contractually binding.
4. Order
The order process includes the following steps:
- Selecting products and adding them to the cart
- Validating the cart
- Providing personal and delivery information
- Choosing the payment method
- Accepting the Terms and Conditions
- Confirming the order
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Delivery fees are specified at the time of the order. LOMENA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products billed based on prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured through our service providers. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during the order. Delivery times are indicative. LOMENA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty devices (e.g., straighteners) that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.

10. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty (2 years) and the hidden defects warranty in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
11. Liability
LOMENA cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. It is the user's responsibility to carefully read the provided instructions.
12. Personal Data
Data collected during the order process is used for order management and delivery. In accordance with the GDPR, customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting: societelomena@hotmail.com.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website lomena.fr (texts, images, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of LOMENA. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
