1. Product Availability

We do our best to ensure the availability of our products. If an item becomes out of stock after your order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a refund, or a suitable solution.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during your order, based on your location and the package weight. They will be displayed before you confirm your payment.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns for Change of Mind

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit corresponding to the item's value (excluding shipping fees).

3.2 Returns for Defects or Warranty

Our products are covered by a 90-day warranty. In case of a defect, please contact us at societelomena@hotmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

4. Delivery Times

  • France: 7 to 15 business days
  • International: 4 to 22 business days

Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours. No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

5. Address Modification

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the package is shipped, we cannot change the address.

6. Out of Stock Items

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, shipping will be suspended until restocking, unless otherwise instructed by you.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package online.

8. Damaged or Lost Package

If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or contact us immediately with photos. In case of confirmed loss, we will resend or refund your order.

9. Taxes and Customs

Orders placed from abroad may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If the package is already in transit, you must wait for its receipt and then initiate a return.
